Does Dr. Kwok accept Medicare?

Yes. Dr. Kwok accepts Medicare and provides primary care and preventive care for Medicare patients, including Medicare Annual Wellness Visits.

Do you offer self-pay appointments?

Yes. Self-pay options are available for patients who prefer to pay directly for their care or who do not have a participating insurance plan. Please contact the office for current rates.

Does Dr. Kwok make house calls?

House calls may be available upon request, depending on location, scheduling, and the patient’s medical needs. Please contact the office for availability and current house call rates.

What type of patients does Dr. Kwok see?

Dr. Kwok provides primary care for adults, from routine and preventive care to the management of ongoing medical conditions. He also works with patients who want to take a more proactive approach to their health as they enter their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond.

Is a Medicare Annual Wellness Visit the same as an annual physical?

No. Medicare’s Annual Wellness Visit is a preventive planning visit and is not the same as a traditional comprehensive physical examination. If additional medical concerns, tests, or services are addressed during your visit, Medicare cost-sharing may apply depending on the service and your coverage.

Will Dr. Kwok coordinate care with my specialists?

Yes. Your primary care physician can play an important role in keeping the different pieces of your healthcare connected. Dr. Kwok can review specialist recommendations, medications, testing, and follow-up needs to help maintain continuity of care.
